Community Involvement

Evergreen Commercial Realty approaches tenant representation with the belief that real estate decisions serve people first. Our commitment to community engagement reflects the same values that guide our client partnerships: empathy, discipline, integrity, and a deep understanding of how place shapes people’s lives.

We are proud supporters of the Prison Entrepreneurship Program, a nationally recognized nonprofit that delivers character development, entrepreneurship training, and post-release support to incarcerated men across Texas. The program culminates in a “Shark Tank–style” business pitch competition inside prison units, where participants present fully developed business plans to panels of business leaders. For many participants, PEP represents the first program they have ever completed or graduated from, providing a transformative sense of accomplishment and a foundation for rebuilding their lives. Lilly has contributed more than 300 volunteer hours serving as a mentor, business plan advisor, and pitch panel participant. Haley and Blair have both volunteered inside prison units, helping participants refine business concepts, build communication skills, and regain confidence in their future. Through PEP, our team directly supports individuals seeking a second chance—helping them start over, rebuild their identity, and take pride in something they created.

Faithful Paws – Houston Medical Community Support

Houston is home to one of the largest and most respected medical centers in the world, drawing patients and families from across the globe—often far from home, support systems, and familiarity. Through Faithful Paws, a volunteer therapy-dog organization that serves hospitals across the Texas Medical Center, Haley, Lilly, and Blair regularly participate with their dogs, offering companionship and emotional relief to patients, families, and frontline medical staff. These visits offer calm, encouragement, and moments of joy in otherwise stressful environments. Our involvement with Faithful Paws reflects our belief that community care extends beyond buildings and real estate—it includes supporting the humans who make Houston strong.
